Monthly credits that roll over. No contracts, no cancellation fees, and a tutor who has recently sat the same course.
How do session credits work?
Each plan gives you a set number of credits every month. One credit books one hour with a tutor, and a longer or shorter session costs credits in proportion. You see the exact cost before you confirm a booking.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, up to a point. Unused credits roll over while your plan is active, capped at one month's worth, so you can never carry more than two months of credits at once. Credits expire 90 days after they are issued.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you have 15 days after that to use any credits you have left. Credits cannot be redeemed once a subscription has fully lapsed.
Can I buy extra sessions if I run out?
Yes. Subscribers can buy additional credits a la carte at any time. They are priced above the per-credit rate of every plan, so if you regularly need extras, moving up a plan is the cheaper option.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from your account. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Changes take effect at your next billing date.
Can I switch tutors if it is not a good fit?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Tell us what is not working and we will match you with someone else. Finding the right fit matters more to us than filling a slot.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Virtual sessions are available anywhere. In-person sessions are currently unavailable while we prepare for a future South Florida launch.
Tell us what your student is working on and we will tell you honestly how much help they need. Most families start on Core and adjust from there.
